How to download your book.
Step 1
After hitting the download link a small window called "File Download" will appear and ask you "Would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?" - You need to click on "Save"

Another small window will then appear and ask you where you want to save "Fast Track book" - Simply decide where you want to save it on your PC or Mac (Mac users, click-and-hold). Downloading time will vary depending on the type of Internet connection and the PC or Mac you own.
Step 3
To read your book, simply go to the location where you saved it on your computer.
Step 4
To get the most out of reading your new e-book, when the book is opened, click on the "Bookmarks" tab (Located top left hand side of the screen) which will enable you to navigate your way around the book more freely.
We suggest that you start by reading the contents page, followed by the Introduction, Chapter 1, Chapter 2 and so on.
To remove the "Bookmarks" contents simply click on the tab and the details will be removed.
How to print the book
The file is over 400 pages in total and is designed to be printed as a normal book. You'll need Acrobat Reader Version 4.0 or better to do that.
Once printed put the pages in any type of cover or binder you prefer. Many readers like to take the printed sheets to a copy shop and have the book bound with a plastic-covered spiral wire binding.
