Important Information

The value of a fund and the income from it can go down as well as up so you may get back less than you invested. If your fund invests in overseas markets, changes in currency exchange rates may affect the value of your investment. If your fund invests in small and emerging markets, these can be more volatile than other, more developed, markets. Past performance is not a guide to future returns. Due to the greater possibility of default, an investment in corporate bonds is generally less secure than an investment in Government bonds. Default risk is based on the issuer's ability to make interest payments and to repay the loan at maturity. Default risk may therefore vary between different government issuers as well as between different corporate issuers.

5. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions (and the documents referred to in them) constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions. Each of the parties agrees that it did not rely on and shall have no remedy in respect of, any statements, representation or warranty, whether oral or in writing, of any person, (whether or not a party to the contract between us) other than those expressly set out in these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude any liability of any party for fraud.

6. Applicable Law

The agreement between us shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

7. Severability

Notwithstanding that the whole or any part of any provision of these terms and conditions may prove to be illegal or unenforceable, the provisions of this agreement and the remainder of the provision in question shall remain in full force and effect.

All contractual terms will be written and supplied in English.
